Keith Hartman is the Manager of the C-FER’s Digital Service and Solutions department, overseeing both IT operations and software development initiatives.
Keith’s experience encompasses over 27 years at C-FER that includes a progression from software developer to software development team lead and ultimately into a management role within the organization, with a strong focus on delivering and supporting enterprise applications.
Keith’s expertise includes Windows desktop application development, web application development, cloud services and technical leadership across IT and software development teams.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science and Mathematics.
