Jaceson joined Alberta Innovates in 2024 and was assigned to C-FER Technologies as Finance Manager.

Following his successful leadership in the role, he was promoted to Director, Finance Operations. His responsibility for finance operations spans across both C-FER and InnoTech Alberta.

In this capacity, he leads finance operations across controllership, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and procurement governance. He plays a key role in supporting the organizations’ strategic direction by ensuring financial insights are effectively aligned with business performance and decision-making.

Prior to joining C-FER, Jaceson accumulated more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience across Canada and international markets. He has held senior finance and accounting leadership positions within the energy services, manufacturing and fabrication sectors, bringing extensive expertise in financial management, operational excellence, and business strategy.

Jaceson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Master of Science in International Finance from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business at the University of the West Indies.

He is an active member of both Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Alberta and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Outside of work, Jaceson enjoys spending quality time with his family and is always looking forward to new adventures and experiences with them.
