3D Visual Image Correlation

Non-contact strain measurement Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology provides three-dimensional measurements of shape, global displacement and relative displacement (strain) on the surface an object using an optical method. Generally, DIC systems involve two or more imaging sensors (cameras) to provide sufficient information to for the software to triangulate and track objects in three dimensions. Low Temperature Operations

Accounting for the harsh effects of cold temperature operations Operations in the Arctic and cold weather regions are challenging due to embrittlement of components, and generation of significant thermal stress loads, which can lead to structural cracking and failures under otherwise normal loading conditions.
