Craig Radke is the Manager of the Equipment Reliability department at C-FER Technologies, a position he has held since 2022. In this position, Craig is responsible for leading a team of engineers and software developers to help the energy industry conduct detailed design and reliability analyses of complex, critical systems.

In over 11 years at C-FER, Craig has developed his expertise in downhole artificial lift systems and equipment reliability analysis. He managed the ESP‑RIFTS Joint Industry Project for several years and has overseen the development of the ESPBend engineering analysis software since 2015. He also teaches C-FER’s applied Artificial Lift Reliability and Failure Analysis course.

Craig received his BSc (Mechanical) from the University of Alberta in 2013.

When he isn’t working, Craig enjoys reading, biking, running, teaching new board games to friends, and traveling Western Canada and abroad with his family.
