Cynthia Saruk is the Manager, Human Resources and Administration Team Lead at C-FER. Having been with the organization since 2014, she has partnered with leadership to develop and implement people-focused strategies that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and long-term business objectives. She also oversees the Administration Team, ensuring efficient operational support across the organization.

As an HR generalist, Cynthia’s expertise spans a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, compensation and salary administration, payroll, employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and learning and development.

Prior to joining C-FER, Cynthia built her career in administration, developing a strong foundation in organizational operations and employee support. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2009 and subsequently completed a Human Resources Certificate through the University of Alberta in 2016. Cynthia is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and is a member of CPHR Alberta.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their home in the country.
