OSTI™ uses data from a multi-sensor caliper tool to determine the wall loss in production tubing and casing. The software automatically identifies coupling locations and divides the data into individual joints.

OSTI™ is designed to process the data on site while the service rig is preparing to pull tubing. A tubing tally report that characterizes the tubing wall loss following API banding specifications is provided.

A variety of charts and 3-D animations of each tubing joint allows detailed analysis of the wall loss mechanism.
