Strain-Based Design

For pipe-soil interaction models, our engineers use 2-D or 3-D soil-spring models to determine the interaction of pipline and for soil characterization. Finite Element Analysis simulates elastic-plastic response of the pipe. The output determines demand on compressive and tensile strains.
