Line Pipe Fatigue Tests

Two pipe specimens with axial defects were tested to failure under internal pressure loading cycles representative of the pipeline operating conditions. The number of cycles to failure was compared to the values calculated from state-of-the art models to evaluate the acuracy of these models in predicting the remaining fatigue life.
